To ensure a fair resolution of any delivery-related issues and to prevent fraudulent claims, 14to41 Fashion Studio has a strict Unboxing Video Policy applicable to all orders.
📹 Mandatory Requirement
All customers are required to record a clear and continuous unboxing (parcel opening) video at the time of delivery.
✅ Video Requirements
The unboxing video must:

Start before the parcel is opened.

Clearly show the sealed package from all sides.

Display the shipping label and order details.
-
Capture the entire opening process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

Clearly show all products received inside the parcel.
📦 Claim Eligibility
Claims related to any of the following will only be accepted if a valid unboxing video is provided:

Missing item(s)

Incorrect item(s)

Damaged or defective product(s)

Empty parcel

Tampered or opened parcel

Quantity mismatch
❌ Invalid Evidence
The following will not be accepted as valid proof:

Order screenshots
-
Payment screenshots
-
Delivery confirmation screenshots
-
Images without video proof
-
Edited, cut, or unclear videos
-
Videos recorded after the parcel has already been opened
⚠️ Failure to Comply
If a customer fails to provide a valid unboxing video that meets the above requirements, 14to41 Fashion Studio reserves the right to reject the claim without any refund, replacement, or compensation.
📜 Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with 14to41 Fashion Studio, you acknowledge and agree to this Unboxing Video Policy and accept that it is a mandatory requirement for all delivery-related claims.

Any attempt to misuse this policy, submit false claims, or provide misleading information may result in:
