All products are dispatched strictly according to the size selected by the customer while placing the order.

We follow strict quality checks to ensure the correct size and product are packed before dispatch.

We do not offer any exchange policy, including size exchanges, under any circumstances.

🕒 Return Eligibility (Only for Defective/Damaged Products)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • A clear photo/video of the issue must be shared via email at 14to41fashionstudio@gmail.com.

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery is mandatory.

Without a valid unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

All products are dispatched exactly as per the size selected by the customer at the time of placing the order.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

The unboxing video must:

  • Be recorded before opening the parcel.

  • Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label.

  • Capture the complete opening process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

  • Clearly show the product received and its condition.

Claims supported only by photos, screenshots, edited videos, or videos recorded after opening the parcel will not be accepted.

  • Any defect or damage claim raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Requests related to size, fit, color variation, personal preference, or any non-defective reason will not be accepted.

  • Exchange requests are not applicable.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
