Refund Policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The customer provides a clear and valid unboxing (parcel opening) video recorded at the time of delivery.
  • The product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete after verification.
  • Any claim submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

The unboxing video must:

  • Start before the parcel is opened.
  • Clearly show the sealed package and shipping label.
  • Capture the complete opening process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
  • Clearly show all items received inside the parcel.

Claims supported only by images, screenshots, or partial/edited videos will be automatically rejected.


RETURN & INSPECTION PROCESS

  • Approved returns must be shipped back to our warehouse as instructed by our support team.
  • Once received, the product will be inspected by our quality control team within 3 working days.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).

REFUND APPROVAL

  • If the reported issue is verified after inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If no issue is found or the claim is deemed invalid, the refund request will be rejected.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:

  • No unboxing video is provided.
  • The video is unclear, edited, incomplete, or recorded after the package has already been opened.
  • The returned product is used, worn, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or not in its original condition.
  • The condition of the returned product does not match the claim submitted.
  • False, misleading, or fraudulent claims are made.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping, handling, and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or an error on our part.


QUALITY & HYGIENE POLICY

To maintain the highest quality standards, every returned item undergoes a thorough inspection before any refund is approved. Products that show signs of use, washing, wear, stains, perfumes, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or return.


FRAUD & MISUSE

Any attempt to misuse this Refund Policy, submit false claims, or provide misleading information may result in:

  • Immediate rejection of the refund request.
  • Restriction or permanent suspension of future orders.
  • Refusal of future services.
  • Legal action where applicable.
